The puzzle is very nice and the box and the puzzle is very sturdy and has a nice soft linen finish. It seems to be very high quality. Yes they are more expensive than what you find at a discount store, but if your child is seriously into puzzles and does not tend to be destructive with their toys, then totally worth the extra $$. My 3 year-old can complete this by herself, so ignore the "4+" on the box if you have a child who loves puzzles and is ready for something a little more challenging. Very nice puzzle.  Dec 17, 2011 By D-Day This puzzle is sturdy and the pieces fit together nicely - not like the cheaper puzzles that stick too firmly. My daughter does this puzzle frequently and it's in as good shape now as the day she received it as a gift (over a year ago). We very much like the Ravensburger Puzzles and this is a great example.
