It is always a good family activity. From the educational point of view, all puzzles are good for stimulating memory and strengthening spatial relationship skills. What a wonderful piece of art this one is. I liked it so much that glued it together and I'm building a frame for it. The pieces are shaped a little more unusually than what I'm used to, but the pieces do fit together well. The contrasting colors not only make for a beautiful finish, but also for a trying adventure. I wouldn't say this puzzle is hard, nor is it easy. I guess it depends on your experience level, but I doubt you will be disappointed. Ramsey" This was the first puzzle I've worked in a long time I usually go after the pricier puzzles because the pieces are thicker and stay together once you put them in, unlike this puzzle which I found I had to keep having to watch myself so I didn't accidently pull it apart. It was very pretty once got it together. I must admit that when I work a puzzle I always swear that a piece is missing. In this puzzle I thought there was at least 5 pieces missing at one point or another. All of them were there like I knew they would be but it took me quite a while to find them.
